Fixed Tooth Replacement — Permanently Bridge the Gap
Looking for a dental bridge near you in Southall? Bridge Dental provides fixed ceramic dental bridges to permanently replace missing teeth — restoring your smile, bite and confidence without implants or removable dentures.
Bridge costs vary by number of units and case complexity. Call us or WhatsApp for a personalised quote.
There are several types of dental bridge. Your dentist will recommend the most appropriate option based on the location of the missing tooth, the condition of the neighbouring teeth and your overall oral health.
The most common type. An artificial tooth (pontic) is suspended between two crowns placed on the teeth either side of the gap. Strong, natural-looking and long-lasting — ideal for most situations.
A minimally invasive option where the pontic is attached to the back of the adjacent teeth with metal or porcelain wings, without the need to crown those teeth. Best for front teeth in patients with otherwise healthy neighbouring teeth.
Used when there is only one neighbouring tooth available to support the bridge — the pontic is anchored on one side only. Suitable for specific situations, typically in lower-stress areas of the mouth.
When multiple consecutive teeth are missing, dental implants placed at either end of the gap can support a bridge — without using natural teeth as anchors. The gold standard for multiple missing teeth.
A temporary bridge may be fitted while a permanent restoration is being fabricated in the laboratory — protecting the prepared teeth and maintaining your appearance and bite function in the interim.
We'll assess your situation thoroughly and advise on the most appropriate bridge type — or whether an implant or another option may serve you better. Book a consultation for a full assessment and written quote.

Both bridges and implants are excellent ways to replace a missing tooth. Your dentist will advise which is more appropriate based on your clinical situation, bone health and preferences.

Your dentist examines your teeth, takes X-rays and assesses the best bridge option for your situation. A full written cost breakdown is provided before any treatment begins.
The teeth on either side of the gap (abutments) are prepared under local anaesthetic. Impressions or digital scans are sent to our laboratory. Temporary restorations are fitted the same day.
Your permanent bridge is handcrafted by specialist technicians — ceramic matched to your tooth shade, precisely fitting the gap and your bite.
Temporary restorations are removed and the permanent bridge cemented in place. Bite and contacts are carefully adjusted for complete comfort and function.
