About Naveed
Mr Naveed H. Maan qualified in 2002 with a BDS from Guy's Hospital, one of the most respected dental schools in the UK. He subsequently completed a Masters in Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry from the University of Manchester, and more recently was awarded a Diploma in Dental Implantology (Advanced Certificate) from the Royal College of Surgeons, England.
Naveed has worked as a GDP for over 17 years — within the NHS framework for 12 years and in private practice for the past 5, accepting referrals for oral surgery, dental implants, complex rehabilitation, sedation and aesthetic dentistry.
He is currently the Regional Clinical Lead for Area 8 within BUPA Dental UK, covering Essex, Suffolk and Norfolk. He also examines and mentors on the postgraduate diploma course at the Cambridge Academy of Dental Implantology.
In addition to clinical practice, Naveed served as a Vocational Trainer and worked at the General Colchester Hospital as an Honorary Oral Surgeon from 2008–2014.
Naveed is highly committed to his professional development, consistently attending courses and seminars across a range of disciplines to ensure patients receive the very latest in implant and surgical techniques.
